These general conditions of sale apply exclusively between the NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® store, whose head office is located at 514 Rue 1278 Jean ABANDA, ESSOS Chapelle - BP 12074 Yaoundé - Cameroon, and any major natural person (acting in non-professional purposes and buying for personal needs), hereinafter referred to as "the customer", who makes a purchase on the website https://anthonystephane.wixsite.com/ndaamebalabeti , hereinafter referred to as "the site".
ARTICLE 1: ORDER
The customer to validate his order process must provide information (last name, first name, , e-mail address, mobile phone number, home address, CNI number, SKU of the article) in order to reserve an order.
Order placement
The customer places his order in several stages:
- the customer fills his basket with the products he selects on the site,
- the customer chooses to have his products delivered or collected himself in our store or nearest drop-off point. He can also, if he is in a city in which we do not have a physical point of sale, have the package sent through a travel agency of his choice. and takes note of the terms and costs of delivery.
- the customer to validate his reservation makes a mobile money deposit of 2000 FCFA constituting advance and transport in case it would be delivered at home and within 10 km from our point of storage, the remaining amount of the order is paid upon delivery to the same number.
Prior to payment, the customer reads the summary of the information of his order allowing him to verify these.

By clicking on the " send " button, the customer acknowledges having full legal capacity to engage under the general conditions of sale and acknowledges that placing the order entails payment for it.
Following the placing of the order, NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® confirms to the customer the details of his order, the essential characteristics of the product (s), the price including VAT, the delivery terms, the delivery time and costs. as well as the method of payment, by e-mail and by Whatsapp sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
The order will be firm and final upon receipt by NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® of payment of the price of the goods as indicated below.
ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS
Product features
The products presented on the site are the subject of a detailed description on the product sheet on the site.
This detailed description allows the customer to know the essential characteristics of the products.

Product availability
The mention " Add to basket " on the product sheet means that the item can be ordered on the site.
The product and price offers appearing on the site are valid as long as they are visible and available on the site. An unavailable product cannot be added to the basket.
In case of unavailability of the product after placing the order on the site, NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® undertakes to inform the customer and to offer him a similar product at an equivalent price subject to the existence and the availability of a substitute product.
In the event that the customer refuses the proposal made by NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ®, it:
- will deduct the price of the unavailable product from the total amount of the order in the event of an order for several items,
- cancel the order and refund the customer, if the order relates only to this single unavailable item.
The mention " Available in store " on the product sheet means that the item is only available for sale in store.
ARTICLE 3: PRICE
The prices of the products displayed by default on the site are indicated in FCFA and all taxes included (TTC). Prices are subject to Cameroonian VAT at the rate in effect at the time of placing the order. The prices invoiced are those in force during the validation of the order by the customer. They do not include shipping costs, the price of certain packaging or the price of other optional services, subscribed by the customer, which remain extra.
The customer is informed that the products and services offered as well as the prices charged on the site are not applicable in NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® stores and vice versa. The prices of the products displayed on the site may be the subject of promotions different from those practiced in the stores and vice versa.
ARTICLE 4: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a period of 5 days from the day of receipt of the goods to exercise his right of withdrawal. This right can be exercised by the customer without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, with the exception of the costs of returning the goods which are at his expense.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- products liable to deteriorate or expire quickly (such as food products, except food products with a minimum durability date),
- hygiene products (toothbrush, deodorants) when these have been opened,
- products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
The customer who wishes to withdraw must, first, contact Customer Service directly by phone or email or enter his return request on the site, in his customer area from the order detail page.
The customer must then return the product (s) to NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® at his expense and risk no later than 5 days following the communication of his decision to withdraw.
Any damaged, incomplete or absent product will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
The refund will be made by NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® within 20 days from the date of recovery of the product or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the good, the date retained being that of the first of its facts. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used for the purchase. The customer is informed that payment by gift cards or vouchers makes reimbursement in cash impossible.
The customer's reimbursement will be made provided that the product (s):
are returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer), accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation with the original of the purchase invoice ,

Warning: As this is an online sale, no return, exchange or refund of any kind can be made or processed in store.
ARTICLE 5: PROMOTIONAL CODES
The customer can benefit from coupons or promotional codes valid on the site. These vouchers or codes cannot be used in NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® stores.
To use his promotional code valid on the site (credit note, voucher, product discount or delivery costs), the customer must enter the code communicated to him in the " Use a promo code " field, present on the page " Composition of your basket ". To be deducted from the amount of the order, the customer must click on the " Validate " icon. The period of validity of the promotional code or the reduction voucher is indicated on the medium on which it is communicated.
ARTICLE 6: NDA'A MEBALA BETSI® CLUB CARD
Membership of the loyalty program called AKIBA NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® is carried out on the site or in the store for a fee of 5,000 FCFA including tax per year.
The accumulation of loyalty points is done automatically on purchases made on the site as well as in NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® stores.
The conditions of use of the 10% discount are different depending on whether the subscription was made in store or on the site. If membership is made on the site then the welcome discount is valid on the site only.
AKIBA NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® members are informed that the tariff reductions called " AKIBA prices " offered in store may not appear on the site and vice versa.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® offers 2 types of delivery:
delivery to Point Relais via a transport agency.
home delivery: The customer is informed that for certain items sold on the site, delivery is made to his home by the supplier of the products. This type of delivery is specified on the product sheet of the items concerned.
The details of the delivery services (indicative deadlines, costs, delivery terms, etc.) are described on the “ Delivery conditions ” page of the site.
The total amount of delivery costs is indicated when placing the order.
The customer must verify that the delivery details he has provided are exact and sufficiently precise. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® can not be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the order. In the case of a return of a parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order will be canceled and not refunded. If he wishes to maintain his order, the customer will have to renew it on the site.
The order is delivered in one go. NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® reserves the right to split the customer's order into several shipments, at no additional cost to the customer.
As part of a delivery to a collective address (delivery to the customer's workplace for example), the customer acknowledges that the service of NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® for the delivery of the order ends on delivery effective at the collective address indicated in the order, even though the product can be received by a third party. The delivery time is set at 3 working days from the date on which the order becomes final.

Upon receipt of the order, an identity document may be requested from the customer by the delivery person for authentication of the custodian.

Upon receipt of the package, the customer must check the contents in front of the delivery person.
ATTENTION , in the event of damage noted on the product, the customer must imperatively refuse the parcel by specifying the mention: Refused during a notification on the customer service email.
Remarks of the type " subject to or subject to unpacking " are not legally valid, it is therefore necessary to open and check the package.
In the event of an anomaly (packaging damaged or likely to have been opened, missing, damaged or broken products) the customer:
will have to oppose a categorical refusal to receive the package and report on the site via the whatsapp number or the mailbox, clearly specifying the reason for the refusal.
will have a period of 3 calendar days to report it to NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® and / or to the carrier by any means. After this period and in the event of non-compliance with the procedure described above, no complaint can be taken into account.
ARTICLE 8: RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP AND TRANSFER OF RISKS
The products remain the property of NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® until full payment of the order. Failure to pay may result in NDA'A MEBALA BETSI ® claiming the products.
However, from the receipt of the order by the customer, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.
ARTICLE 9: GUARANTEES
Commercial guarantee
Certain products sold on the site may benefit from a commercial guarantee provided that this guarantee appears on the product sheet. However, this warranty will not apply in the event of a problem caused by negligence, deterioration resulting from external events, accidents, wear and tear, improper installation or improper use by the customer.
